A bill to reauthorize Colorado's Lottery Division, which directs millions of dollars in lottery proceeds to outdoor projects.

Short Summary

This bill would reauthorize the Lottery Division and would direct up to 50 percent to the Great Outdoors Colorado to preserve and improve upon the state’s parks, wildlife, rivers and open spaces, 40 percent of the proceeds would go to the Conservation Trust Fund and 10 percent to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife.

Colorado’s Lottery Division directs millions of dollars in lottery proceeds to outdoor projects, but was set to expire in 2024.
